Couch co-op fans have been enjoying Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime on Xbox One and Steam since fall of 2015 and soon PS4 players will be able to enjoy it too. This zany game from indie devs Asteroid Base tasks 1-2 players with working together by switching between the controls of a spaceship in order to save cute little creatures. Lovers will be available on PSN on February 9th.

The aesthetic of Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime may be colorful and cutesy but it's game-play is challenging. With fast paced action and hordes of alien robots to defeat this game has hours of content that will put your team work skills to the test. Now the game even has new difficulty modes, beginner and veteran.

In Lovers you'll play as a member of a special task force in charge of saving bunnies, frogs and other cute creatures from the evil forces of Anti-Love. Along the way players can upgrade their ship and use many different weapons to blast your way to a more loving existence. Those who want to fight Anti-Love solo can do so with an AI space pet to help them along.

"Since releasing on PC, PlayStation players have been asking when they can get their turn at Lovers' chaotic gameplay and true co-op experience," said Jamie Tucker, Co-Founder of Asteroid Base. "We had been working hard on a PlayStation 4 version and thought there is no better time to release Lovers than right at Valentine's Day. After having already earned numerous honors and fan support from gamers we can't wait to see how the devoted PlatStation community takes to Lovers."

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime will be available for PS4 just in time for Valentine's Day on February 9th for $14.99. The game is also available on Xbox One and Steam. To learn more about the game visit the website.
