Plenty of happening in the world of LEGO this week with the release of the LEGO Batman Movie. If you prefer more interactive forms of entertainment, you can skip over the film version and check out the full LEGO Dimensions story pack. Including Robin and Batgirl minifigs, this pack will take you through the entire film's story as well as giving players access to a new Batman-themed Adventure World and Battle Arena.

If that's not enough Batman film related LEGO goodness for you, your needs are very specific, but you're in luck! Available now at Target and on March 28th elsewhere, you can also acquire Excalibur Batman. He is an alternate Batman in silver armor that can use "Sword Switching abilities to solve puzzles and take down enemies." Having not seen the movie, all I know first hand is that he's a more literal Dark Knight and he has some sort of robotic horse. Also, the robot horse can transform into vehicles, because LEGO Dimensions is a wonderful nonsense factory.
One thing I HAVE watched is Knight Rider, and the fine folks at TT Games know this all too well as I'll soon be acquiring my own tiny Michael Knight figure for the game. For those who were born without a love of the 80s, Knight Rider is a dumb TV show about David Hasselhoff riding around in a talking robot car and solving mysteries that usually involved other robot cars and stunts. He fits right in with LEGO Dimensions' 80s heavy roster that already includes The Goonies, Gremlins, The A-Team and Back to the Future. You can hop into K.I.T.T. on March 28th, or pick up the pack at Gamestop if you don't want to wait.
