Today, Square Enix released their E3 2014 trailer for Kingdom Hearts II.5 HD Remix for the Playstation 3 that showed off some of the included games, which are Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It is set to release December 2, 2014. The released trailer you will find below. Don't forget to watch all the way to the end though for a Kingdom Hearts III teaser, which shows a little insight into the story of the upcoming game.

So far, Square Enix has yet to announce whether or not there will be some kind of collector's edition, like the one they had with Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. That information may be coming within the coming months however, if they plan to do it at all.

The first collection that included the original game remastered was met with middling response, due to the games included aside from the original. This collection includes the most critically successful Kingdom Hearts game outside of the main series, Birth By Sleep. Many Kingdom Hearts fans will be overjoyed to see that on the big screen, considering it was only on the PSP before.

The Kingdom Hearts III teaser at the end of the trailer was somewhat cryptic and only those that are really familiar with the incredibly complex story/lore of Kingdom Hearts will really understand what is going on. If you want to learn more about what is going on, the Kingdom Hearts wiki has some great information you can find here about the story and where the game is at so far. However, if you don't want to spoil too much for yourself, like in the upcoming games from the Kingdom Hearts II.5 HD Remix, then maybe you should wait and play the games for yourself.
