Keyforge: Call of the Archons has sold out on Fantasy Flight Games' official website. The tabletop game can still be purchased elsewhere, but it seems FFG has officially run out of stock for the moment of both the starter set and individual decks.

The game has been well-received by the tabletop community and role-playing fans alike. Our preview earlier this month called it "an incredibly unique concept" that could change CCGs forever.

Keyforge is a tabletop game where every deck is unique and deck-building isn't a thing. Players buy pre-built decks that come with a random assortment of randomly-generated cards. Fantasy Flight Games developed the game in partnership with famed CCG creator Richard Garfield (creator of Magic: The Gathering).

This news also follows the recent mini-disaster with Keyforge's procedurally-generated deck names, which were causing quite a stir last week. A small number of decks were recalled by Fantasy Flight Games after some of the names they produced were deemed inappropriate or offensive. Some of them were pretty hilarious, too. No doubt this situation boosted sales in some small way.

Check out our glowing preview of Keyforge: Call of the Archons earlier this month.
