There's a party going on over at GOG.com, and everyone is invited. This week sees the launch of three different sales, each targeting a different event in gaming news and history. Let's have a look at these sales and what kind of games are on offer.

Jazz Jackrabbit 2 20th Anniversary Sale

First up, it's sidescrolling platformer Jazz Jackrabbit 2. This venerable classic is celebrating its 20th anniversary (yup), and to commemorate this, GOG has teamed up with developer Epic Games and "the oldest and undying Jazz community out there", Jazz2Online, to bring fans and newcomers deals and events galore. Both Jazz Jackrabbit 2 and its predecessor can be had from GOG for $7.49 - 25% off their standard retail price.

In addition, the folks at Jazz2Online are holding a "Birthday Hullabaloo" for Jazz Jackrabbit 2, which offers over 500 fan-made multiplayer levels for players to experience. There's also an event every day for the next week (starting today, May 7th) at 6pm UTC, which promises to "shake things up and to acknowledge Jazz Jackrabbit 2’s long history with more gamemodes than simply Battle and CTF".

Finally, Jazz Jackrabbit fans can enter a competition here to win a jewel case hardcopy of the game, signed by lead programmer Arjan Brussee. Ten extra winners will receive GOG codes for the Jazz Jackrabbit and Jazz Jackrabbit 2 collections, as well as Epic Pinball.

Whew! That's the Jazz Jackrabbit stuff done and dusted. If you're not a fan of Epic's classic platformer, don't worry - there's plenty more up for grabs at GOG this week.
