The festival is one of the largest independent gaming events in Japan and will be held at the Miyako Messe. Taking place on May 20th-21st the event will be the 5th so far where game makers will show off their projects and make big reveals. Blaster Master Zero

As to the larger news about two new titles from Inti Creates, we can only guess. The company has developed many games for Nintendo platforms with their most recent coming to the Switch. While there isn’t any further information on what the two new projects are, Switch players can hope that they will be available for the new console.

The Japanese indie developers got their start in May of 1996 when their founding members left Capcom to pursue their own projects. They’ve since made a lot of games, many drawing on classic retro gameplay and aesthetics. Now they will be adding two more to their body of work but we’ll have to wait until BitSummit to find out what exactly they are.
