All discounts and bonus offers are good up to the release of Infinite Warfare on November 3rd. The GMG PC 15% instant discount may continue on after release, but the 6% off coupon is not likely to last longer than November 3rd.

Deluxe vs. Legacy vs. Standard Editions

Activision attempted to make it worthwhile to buy a more expensive editions this year. Any fan of the Call of Duty series will probably want to get their hands on the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, which can only be accessed by buying the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy or Deluxe Editions. That means you’ll be wanting to consider the higher tier editions of the game, thankfully for PC gamers there are discounts.

The Deluxe Edition of the game includes everything:

  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Season Pass
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered

The Legacy Edition of the game is everything except the Infinite Warfare Season Pass:

  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered

If you had budgeted $80 for the Legacy Edition it seems only common sense to spend nothing more and the get Deluxe Edition of the game at GMG after their 20% discount. In this case, you’re more or less getting the Infinite Warfare Season Pass for $0 more than Legacy sells for at full price, and considering the Season Pass is a $50 purchase separately, it could be worthwhile if you have any interest in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

With the 20% discount on the Legacy Edition of the game you don’t get quite the dollar savings of the Deluxe, but at $64 it’s nearing the price of the Standard Edition. If you really just wanted to get your hands on Modern Warfare Remastered, going the discount Legacy route makes sense, as it’s the cheapest way to pick the game up. You’ll still have Infinite Warfare with the Legacy Edition, you just won’t get the Season Pass, most of who’s content won’t release until 2017 anyway.
