Humble Build Your Own Bundle Deep Silver

The Humble Store is having a sale on games by publisher Deep Silver and letting you "Build Your Own Bundle" for additional discounts.

All of the titles being offered in the deal are on sale for 75% off to start (with the exception of Killer Is Dead: Nightmare Edition at 80% off). Purchasing 3 games will apply an 80% discount to all of the titles in your cart. Four games in your cart will net you an 83% discount for all titles in your cart and five games will give you an 85% discount.

Here's a breakdown of the titles currently on sale and eligible for the bundle:

Dead Island: Game of the Year Edition is a first person action game with a heavy emphasis on melee combat. You and up to three of your friends can fight off zombies in an open world set on a tropical island. The GOTY Edition includes the Bloodbath Arena and Ryder White DLCs as well as the blueprint for the "Ripper" weapon.

Killer is Dead: Nightmare Edition is a stylish third person action game by SUDA51, a game designer known for his stylish and quirky games such as the Wii's Killer7.

Iron Front: Digital War Edition is a tactical war simulation that lets you play as a soldier in first person or a commander in the third person. The game lets you command your troops through two campaigns as well as various multiplayer and co-op gameplay mods.

Lost Horizon is a point and click adventure game set in 1936. Former British soldier Fenton Paddock is asked to find his friend Richard who went missing in Tibet. This simple task will lead him across three continents in the time when World War 2 was brewing.

Metro 2033 Redux is the improved version of the Metro 2033 game and was reviewed by TechRaptor. This first person shooter is based on Dmitry Glukhovsky’s Metro book series and expanded universe, and this game follows the story of the Metro 2033 book relatively closely.

Metro: Last Light Redux is an original story set in the Metro universe and a direct sequel to the Metro 2033 Redux game. It follows the main character on a new mission throughout the post-apocalyptic setting of Moscow's underground rail system. Metro: Last Light Redux was reviewed by TechRaptor.

Risen is a third person RPG set on the island of Faranga and is a spiritual successor to Piranha Bytes previous work on the Gothic series. Gigantic Titans threaten the world, and the player finds themselves caught up in the actions of the Inquisition who are seeking to stop the Titans' rampage.

Risen 2: Dark Waters Gold Edition is set several years after the end of Risen. The player character has joined the Inquisition while humanity faces the threat of monstrous creatures emerging from the sea. Pirates are rumored to be the only people who know how to put a stop to the neverending onslaught of creatures that threaten humanity's existence.

Risen 3: Titan Lords continues the story of the previous two titles with an entirely new player character. Shadows have corrupted your soul, and the player must fight against them to reclaim it in a world where the gods have abandoned mankind and left it to be ruined by a war amongst Titans and other terrible creatures.

Sacred Citadel is a brawler set in the Sacred universe of games. This side-scrolling game lets up to three players choose one of four different classes and adventure through the world of Ancaria as they combat the evil Ashen Empire.

Sacred 2: Gold Edition is an action RPG that lets players choose from one of seven different classes as they explore the world of Ancaria. You choose to play either the Light or Dark campaign to decide the fate of the world.

Sacred 3 continues the legacy of the previous titles with a similar style of gameplay. However, it lacks the traditional loot system of an Action RPG and has gameplay that is closer to a Hack and Slash game.

Saints Row 2 is the second game in the Saints Row franchise and the first one to be brought to PC. The player is the boss of the Third Street Saints, a notorious street gang in the city of Stilwater. This open world action adventure mixes occasionally serious story elements of gang warfare with over-the-top comedy.

Saints Row: The Third continues the story of Saints Row 2. The player character gets busted robbing a bank owned by a rival gang in Stilwater. They find themselves left to their own devices in the new city of Steelport with practically no money and only a handful of their friends to rely on. The player fights their way through three factions of a gang in their quest for revenge while simultaneously building a new criminal empire in Steelport.

Saints Row IV  follows the events of Saints Row: The Third and takes place in the same city of Steelport. The boss of the Third Street Saints has been elected President of the United States, and they must fight off an alien invasion that threatens to destroy humanity. Aside from the typical fare of GTA-style games, the player spends a lot of time fighting in a Matrix-like virtual world using a variety of fantastic superpowers. Saints Row IV  was reviewed by TechRaptor.

Secret Files: Tunguska is a point and click game. Players help Nina find her missing father with the assistance of her father's colleague Max. Nina's father was involved in research about the mysterious Tunguska event and has since disappeared.

Secret Files 2: Puritis Cordis continues the adventures of Nina and Max in another point and click title. The Tunguska mystery has been solved and they go their separate ways, but it is not long before mysterious disasters start to occur all around the world.

LastlySecret Files 3 once again features Nina and Max in a point and click title. After announcing their engagement, Max is arrested by the government on charges of terrorism. You work your way through events in both the past and present to solve the mystery at hand.

That's the rundown of the titles included in the Humble Store's Build Your Deep Silver Bundle. The sale ends at 1PM Eastern Time on Monday, February 29th.

Quick Take

I'm a bit out of the loop on the whole "Build Your Own Bundle" thing. This is my first time noticing it, and my first impression is that it's a really cool way for combining the ideas of sales and bundles. That bit of commentary aside, I cannot possibly emphasize how much I like Metro 2033: Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux. I enjoyed my time reviewing both titles and I advocated for the next game to feature an open world. They're a steal at 75% off and I highly recommend them. I'm also particularly fond of the Saints Row series of games and those would be a worthwhile purchase as well. I might be preaching to the choir here, but I've enjoyed them and felt it couldn't hurt to express that opinion while they're on sale.

What do you think of the titles being offered in this sale? What five games would you pick to get the best deal? Let us know in the comments below!
