Sid Meier's Civilization V - Gods & Kings

Always wanted to try playing Sid Meier’s award-winning Civilization series but wasn’t sure where to start? Humble’s latest bundle, the Humble Civilization Bundle, has got you covered. For a change of pace after the frenzy surrounding Humble's Freedom Bundle, this one focuses exclusively on the Civilization series and comes with three different tiers of pay. Also included in the bundle are the usual 10% off the Humble Monthly Bundle coupon, as well as supporting a charity of your choice.

For those who don't know, Sid Meier's long-running Civilization game series started in 1991 and focuses on turn-based strategy of the 4X variety. Famous for accidentally turning Gandhi into a psychotic despot, the games let you build your own civilizations and try and survive in a brutal world, facing off with leaders such as Queen Elizabeth I and Attila the Hun.

Tier 1 – Pay $1 or More

For just a buck you can get Civilization III and the complete edition of Civ IV, which includes the three expansion packs: Beyond the Sword, Colonization, and Warlords. Civilization III includes the expansions Play the World and Conquest, as well as several patches to the game that were not included in previous editions.

Tier 2 – Pay More Than The Average

For paying more than the average, you can get Civ V, plus the expansions Brave New World, Gods & Kings and the complete Civ V DLC pass. Also included is a coupon for 20% off the base edition of Civilization VI and one for 25% off the Digital Deluxe Edition.

Tier 3 – Pay More Than $15

For a fraction of the retail cost, Tier 3 includes the two previous tiers of content as well as the ambitious Civilization: Beyond Earth, and the Exoplanets map pack, as well as the Rising Tide expansion pack.

Are you going to head over to Humble Bundle and scoop up Civilizations or have you already got the complete collection? Let us know in the comments below!
