Humble Bundle has released a lot of bundles. So many bundles that Wikipedia has actually given up on counting them all. Today they release the Humble Indie Bundle 17, which is clearly not their 17th bundle but includes seven indie games anyway.

As usual, the bundle is broken into three tiers. The first tier is pay what you want and includes three games. First up is Lethal League, a competitive projectile fighting game where your goal is to bounce a ball between characters to knock the opponent out. Also one of the characters is a baseball player named Raptor so that's important. You can read our review of Lethal League here. The next game in the tier is The Beginner's Guide. Made by one of the creators of The Stanly Parable, here you'll be exploring someone's computer and the programs they've made to figure out more about their life. Finally, you'll also get Galak-Z, which is a space themed top-down shooter where you need to navigate levels and destroy enemies while occasionally transforming into a robot. At this tier, you'll also get the soundtrack to The Beginner's Guide and a 10% coupon for the Humble Monthly Bundle.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime was one of many games that Jon played in co-op with Claire on the Many A True Nerd channel.

The next tier is the beat the average tier, currently set at $5.17 at the time of writing. There are three more games available. The first one is Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, a co-op game where you and your friends team up to pilot a spaceship, running around the ship to take on different roles as needed. Next is Octodad: Dadliest Catch. Here you control an octopus trying to live a normal life while it has to complete some very simple tasks using an absurd control system. You can also have one player control movement while the other controls the hands if you want to play co-op. Finally, you'll also get Super Time Force Ultra, a 2D side-scrolling shooter where you can go back in time to keep replaying stages with several characters at once. This tier will also get you the soundtrack to Octodad: Dadliest Catch and any future games added to the bundle next week.

The final tier is set at a flat price of $10 and only adds in Nuclear Throne. This is a twin-stick shooter/roguelite hybrid that has you going through dungeons with randomized items and layouts to attempt to ascend to the titular nuclear throne.

I'm still unsure how this game got so overlooked.

Last week's Humble Survive This Bundle is still available as well, though no new games have been added to it. Still, you can grab it to get games like Kholt, Rust, and Shelter 2.

The Humble Indie Bundle 17 will be available for the next two weeks, while last week's Humble Survive This Bundle still has one week left in it.
