Hello Neighbor, the game that's all about spying on your suspiciously creepy neighbor, has gotten a PEGI rating for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 consoles, indicating that it may be coming to those consoles in the near future.

Your neighbor is up to something, you're sure of it - and in Hello Neighbor, you're out to discover what exactly he's got going on in his house. Whatever it may be, your efforts to discover your neighbor's dark secrets are frequently impeded by how the game's AI adapts to your actions. If you were to go through the front door, a security camera would later be installed there to forestall your advance at a later point.

Until now, this game has only been available on the Xbox One and PC. However, it's been revealed that the game has secured PEGI ratings for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. You can view the game in PEGI's database here. It's been rated PEGI 7 which is in line with the rating on the existing platforms. Previously, publisher TinyBuild has said that they wanted to make announcements about other platforms "when they can" and make it a full multiplatform release.

Hello Neighbor recently released a pair of patches (1.16 and 1.17) on Steam which made some minor changes and improvements to the game. The modkit is progressing nicely and only needs a standalone client that's capable of loading user-made mods. In the meantime, if you'd like to give the game a whirl yourself and you don't already own it you can grab it on Greenman Gaming(affiliate), Steam or GOG for PC (affiliate link) or the Microsoft Store for Xbox One for $29.99. It was released on PC from Early Access on December 8.

What do you think of Hello Neighbor potentially coming to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4? Do you think the game manages to provide a challenging mystery for players? Let us know in the comments below!
