Hell Let Loose

Hell Let Loose was successfully funded on Kickstarter in November 2017 with AU$ 308,368 raised (about $218K USD). Since then, the Black Matter team has been working on the game's development, with a closed alpha build available for some backers in April 2018. Now the military shooter is finally coming to Steam Early Access on July 6. The game is being published by British publisher Team 17.

Hell Let Loose is a teamwork-based realistic multiplayer first-person shooter set during the World War II. It's being developed with the Unreal Engine 4. The core experience is a 50 vs 50 players tactical battle, where players must coordinate to capture sectors and secure resources. It's an epic theatre of war across huge maps. Authenticity is key for the developers, so players will be able to experience a realistic period arsenal, with accurate weapon recoil and other such details.

There are two packs available for pre-order. The Soldier Pack gets you the Steam code with access to the full game, as well as three betas before Early Access release, and two additional beta keys to share with friends, each key granting access to up to three betas. The additional keys will be terminated on completion of the third beta. Then there's the Unit Pack, which gets you six Steam codes to the full game, as well as access to the three betas. The Unit Pack comes with a 10% discount. Both packs will grant players access to exclusive pre-order in-game helmets for both German and US forces: German M42 Helmet Cover with Sniper Veil and US 505th 82nd Airborne variant.

You can wishlist it on Steam now. The release price will be £24.99 (about $32.60 USD). The pre-order is available on this website. Kickstarter backers will have access to the beta on April 5 and June 6 as well.
