GTA V PC Release

GTA V PC 4Rockstar Games have announced the release date and the system specifications for GTA V PC, as well as screenshots and a few other tidbits of info on their official newswire. The game is now slated for release on the 24th of March, 2015. This is slightly later than they first promised, but hopefully this'll mean that it's not a half assed port. Below are the minimum and recommended specifications:

GTA V PC 3

The minimum specs are most definitely reasonable, even the recommended specifications aren't exactly crazy. The game will be running at 1080p at 60 frames per second, with support for 4k monitors, triple monitor setups, and Nvidia 3D Vision support. If all is well with your machine then the game should look fantastic. The images shown here are available in 4K on the Newswire Post.

GTA V PC 1

GTA Online for PC, which is apparently separate to the console GTA Online, will launch alongside the GTA V PC release, and will include heists and support for 30 simultaneous players. Online heists for consoles will be releasing in the weeks before the release of GTA V for PC, which is rather exciting for current console players. The game will also feature the Rockstar Editor, which will give players a chance to capture and edit footage to post on Rockstar Social Club and YouTube.

GTA V PC 2

So there you have it, another tidal wave of money for Rockstar in the coming months. I myself can't wait for the PC version of GTA V, even though I've bought it for two systems already. I just know that the modding scene for this game is going to be freaking crazy, and I definitely want to be a part of it, having missed most of it when GTA IV was released. Are you going to buy GTA V for PC? Or are you over it? Let me know in the comments!
