The Famitsu-published Fire Emblem: Three Houses Perfect Guide contains details about the forthcoming third and fourth DLCs. None of the information in the guide is officially confirmed as of yet, but the formatting is similar to existing pages in the guidebook, which is currently only available in Japanese. Still, Serenes Forest and users at GameFAQs found it trustworthy enough to post. Much of the DLC will be paid, but the third DLC contains a new character, Jeritza, as well as "new activities and online features." Both DLC will only be available via the existing Expansion Pass, which runs 24.99 USD as of writing. DLC 3 is set to launch by the end of the year, and DLC 4 should come by the end of April, 2020.

The rest of the paid portion of the third DLC will add in another new character, Anna, as well as a paralogue for both Anna and Jeritza. This pack will also add new facilities at the monastery, including a sauna (naturally), as well as the ability to pet cats and dogs. Ten new quests are coming too, alongside a couple new costume packs.

The fourth DLC seems to be much more substantial if Famitsu's guide is to be believed. Four new characters are coming, in addition to a laundry list of new content. Monastery facilities, quests, classes, online features, costumes, enemies and more all come as part of the pack. There's no word on if Nintendo plans on continuing the DLC cycle after the current round runs out. Considering that Three Houses was wildly successful upon its release, coming second only to perennial juggernaut Madden 20 for July sales, one could feasibly expect Nintendo to continue to support the strategy RPG.

We, along with many others, found Fire Emblem: Three Houses to be a staggeringly excellent entry in the Fire Emblem series, only faulting it for a lack of difficulty and performance issues. Building on the already strong gameplay by pairing it with a thoughtful, well-written story, Three Houses only further cements Fire Emblem's reputation as the premier turn-based strategy series. With any luck, we'll get our chance to see the next round of DLC before long.
