The Steam store page of Final Fantasy XIII-2 has been recently updated. The game is now available for preorder at the price of 17.99$ and the system requirements have been listed.
Second in the trilogy of Lightning and second to come on PC, Final Fantasy XIII-2 follows the events of the original Final Fantasy XIII but it's at the same time a completely stand-alone gaming experience. So don't worry too much if you never played FF XIII. At worst you're gonna miss some references. Both old and new characters will appear at the side of Lightning during her travel in the new locations that the game gives us. Many more secrets to uncover will be present and of course references to the previous title are not lacking.
Square-Enix promises that they put a lot of effort in making Final Fantasy XIII-2 the best possible experience for PC players and they treasured the feedback they gathered in the process. The game wil support 60 FPS at launch and customizable resolutions. It will also include japanese voiceovers with english subtitles for those who want to enjoy the game in its native language.
