Electronic Arts have announced a new batch of games coming to EA Access on Xbox One and Origin Access on PC. While both services is getting differing new games, there is one game you'll be able to play regardless of whether you're an EA Access or Origin Access subscriber: FIFA 17. This game as well as other announced new arrivals will make their debut at some point between April and June.

We’re excited to announce EA SPORTS™ FIFA 17 will be available later this month for both EA Access (Xbox One) and Origin Access (PC) members to play as much as they want!
Let's take a look at all the games coming to Electronic Arts' premium subscription service.

EA Access

Subscribers to the EA Access service on the Xbox One will be getting Dragon Age: Origins. The first game in the popular Dragon Age franchise has you take up the heavy burden of becoming part of the Grey Wardens. This is an elite faction that was brought into existence to fight the darkspawn, a demonic army of monsters that seek complete dominion over the realm of Ferelden.

The second game getting added to EA Access is Medal of Honor Airborne. This entry from the golden age of Medal of Honor games puts you in the shoes of an American paratrooper during a few of the many campaigns fought on European soil in the Second World War.

Origin Access

Origin Access subscribers on PC are getting 4 more games in addition to FIFA 17. First off is Pony Island. This weirdly psychedelic and psychologically twisted indie game has you play an old arcade machine that may or may not contain the spirit of an ancient evil force. The game managed to accrue high scores from critics so it's apparently something you'll have to see for yourself to fully get its appeal.

Then there's the Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection. This bundle contains a whopping 17 games from the storied franchise all bundled up in one new package. Here's a full list that should contain at least one of your favorite entries into the franchise. For a full list of all the games in this collection, you can go here.

Hacknet is the third new entry in the Origin Access Vault. In Hacknet you're playing a hacker investigating a murder. The gameplay in this game largely revolves around working with a terminal and all of it is based on real UNIX commands. You're not just playing a game that has stereotypical hacking mechanics, you're pretty much hacking for real. That does mean that the game has a very steep learning curve that'll take you some time to figure out.

The last game on the list for today is Orwell. In this game, you play as a government employee tasked with spying on the populace. It is up to you to filter the bad from the unimportant and try to make the country a safer place for all. Over the course of the game, you'll try to prevent acts of terrorism, investigate suspicious people, and make some hard decisions on how to use the information you've gathered.

To gain access to these new games in addition to everything already added to the vault, you can subscribe to EA Access on Xbox One and Origin Access on PC for $4.99/month or for 29.99/year.

I've been playing games since I was just barely able to walk so I might as well write about them.
