Fanatical, an online digital gaming retailer, has added a new wishlist feature according to a blog post on their website.

The UK-based digital gaming retailer Fanatical (formerly known as Bundle Stars) has added a wishlist feature to their site. Wishlists are a way for users to save a selection of products on a store for later viewing, often with some kind of notification system for when a product is back in stock or on sale. A video lays down the basics of how the feature works for the end user:

Adding an item to your Fanatical wishlist is as simple as clicking the heart icon on a game's store page. Users can view their list by clicking the heart icon at the top right of the page next to the shopping cart, and items can be removed from the list by clicking the heart icon next to the individual item on the list. There is currently a limit of 100 items on your Fanatical wishlist. You can't yet import your Steam wishlist to the platform, although the tone of the language insinuates that the feature may be coming at a later date.

Users will receive e-mail notifications when a game on their wishlist goes on sale or is placed in a bundle. Interestingly, bundles themselves can be added to your list if you feel so inclined. If the bundle disappears, it will be removed from your list and it will pop back up should the bundle return at a later date. The list can be sorted by price, discounts, name, top sellers, or release date. You can change the layout from a vertical list to a grid to maximize screen real estate. If you're only concerned about getting a good deal, you can set it so that your wishlist only shows you items that are currently discounted on the platform.

If you don't already have an account on Fanatical, you can easily make one and get your own wishlist going by heading over to Fanatical.com [Affiliate Link]. Be sure to check out the currently-available bundles [Affiliate Link] and the latest deals [Affiliate Link] (quick recommendation: Elex by Piranha Bytes is on sale for 50% off)- and maybe add them to your wishlist if you are interested but not wanting to buy it at this time.
