East Coast Throwdown 2017 Results

Of all the events around the world that happened this past weekend, East Coast Throwdown in New Jersey is definitely the biggest. As a part of the Capcom Pro Tour, Tekken World Tour, and Injustice 2 Pro Series, ECT is a very important event for a lot of top players in America looking to qualify for and score big at the end of their respective circuits.

Aside from the three headlining games, tournaments were held for Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, BlazBlue: Central Fiction, The King of Fighters XIV, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Fighter III: 3^rd Strike, and Killer Instinct.

Streaming was handled by Netherrealm, Team Spooky, and TSB Blaze. As usual, players will be listed in “[sponsor/team name] | [player name] [[characters used]]” format. Links to Smash.gg brackets will be provided at the end of each top 8 list.
