EA’s annual EA Play event kicked off with a bang with a brand new, fifteen-minute trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Showcasing exciting action with new protagonist Cal, Fallen Order showed off plenty of little details in the gameplay and mechanics, as Cal helps a resistance group free a bunch of enslaved Wookies on the planet Kashyyyk.

The end of the trailer also gave players the release date for the product, which is scheduled to come out later this year on November 15th, 2019. On EA’s official website, we also have pre-order information available for the games Deluxe Edition, which will include a “Director’s Cut” suite of behind-the-scenes features and content, along with unique cosmetic equipment.  Pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition will also grant players access to all additional pre-order bonus content.

Fallen Order is a new third-person action-adventure title from Titanfall developers Respawn Entertainment. The game is a narratively-driven single player title where players will play as Cal, a Jedi Padawan who narrowly escaped the purge of Order 66 following the events of Star Wars: Episode IIIRevenge of the Sith. Cal is on a quest to rebuild the Jedi Order while staying ahead of the Empire and its growing presence throughout the galaxy, including the Inquisitors, a deadly force of Jedi hunters.

Players will be able to use a ton of iconic force powers from the Star Wars world, including the iconic force pulls and pushes, slowing down time, force jumping and even the Jedi lightsaber throw, all of which Cal needs to master to help his fight against the Empire.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One when it releases on November 15.
