Fallout Shelter came out last year as a surprise launch, and ended up as one of the most impressively entertaining shelter building games on the market. It seems Bethesda is going back to add more to it.

First it seems like Fallout Shelter will be getting quests for you to partake in, letting you do tasks to earn rewards. The trailer shows various characters running to locations, and a quest page that lets you pick teams and see how long the quest will take, along with what you’ll get as a reward. Characters taking too long? You can end their quest early by using Nuka Cola Quantum to call them back. You can explore the locations you go to, and the trailer showed characters wandering around the Red Rocket diner and the Super Duper Mart.

More enemies are being added to the game as well, with giant scorpions and ghouls being showed off. There’s also a new combat system, allowing you to select which targets your settlers will aim for. You can also play a minigame when you attack, giving you a chance to score a critical hit.

Also until now Fallout Shelter has been only on iOS and Android devices. Today a PC port of Fallout Shelter has been announced. You also don’t have to wait long: Fallout Shelter will be getting new gear and a PC port next month. At launch the PC version of Fallout Shelter will have all the content from the mobile versions. At the current time Bethesda has only said that the game will come to their personal launcher There is no word on a Steam version for the PC port.
