Atlus, the developer behind the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona franchise, has created new webpage advertising a live concert performance in 2015 featuring a Persona 5 theme. The live performance will take place in Nippon Budokan, an arena in Tokyo, Japan.
In the last entry on Persona 5 there was no clear timeframe for the next information drop by Atlus but according to the ominous webpage featuring Makoto Yuki of Persona 3 and Yu Narukami of Persona 4 the event is called Persona Super Live 2015: Night of the Phantom and will go live on February 5th, 2015. Behind the two protagonists looks to be the unidentified character featured in the second Persona 5 teaser trailer. It is interesting to consider that the next batch of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona information released will come during a live performance compared to the distinctly commercial approach many publishers take in updating a press kit. The event page has a countdown to the performance and an additional locked off section that will more than likely be unlocked as the date comes closer to February.
