There’s some good news for fans of jumping off rooftops and killing redcoats: Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered will be coming to PCs and modern consoles in March of this year. What’s more, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey season pass holders will get the game completely for free!

Details of this game were first revealed in October of last year and now we’re getting a better look at the changes that have made their way into the game. Have a gander at the Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered Comparison Trailer to see how the upgraded version compares to the original:

Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered tells the tale of Connor, one of the many ancestors who fight against the Templars in a quest for freedom. This time, players are thrust into the midst of the American Revolutionary War. As always, you’ll meet more than your fair share of interesting characters as you try to uncover the grand mystery that only the past can reveal. The game made a splash on its original 2012 release, and now you’ll be able to play it with some shiny new graphical upgrades on March 29, 2019.

One of the key changes coming to the game is an upgrade to 4K resolution with HDR support on Windows PCs, the Xbox One X, and PlayStation 4 Pro. A new graphics engine, high-resolution textures, and several other visual improvements have also made their way into the game. Of course, the improvements aren’t all visual, either—a number of improvements to gameplay mechanics and ergonomics have also made their way into the game according to a press release from Ubisoft.

If you’re keen on getting back to assassinating the bad guys with flourish and flair, you’ll be able to pick up Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered on March 29, 2019. It will release on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $39.99 or your regional equivalent and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey season pass holders will get the game as part of the season pass. You can also pick up the original game on Steam at a 75% discount as part of the Steam Lunar Sale.
