Ezio Auditore is one of the most popular protagonists from the Assassins Creed franchise. Fans of the character might be happy to learn that it looks likely that Ezio will be coming to this generation of consoles in an Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection

The existence of this collection has come to light due to it being rated by the Korean Game Rating Board. There is a rating for both a PlayStation 4 version and an Xbox One version. The collection was first spotted by a user on NeoGAF who posted the links along with this picture.

It is probably safe to assume that this collection would include the three games that Ezio was the main protagonist for: Assassins Creed IIAssassins Creed Brotherhood, and Assassins Creed Revelations. It is worth mentioning that Assassins Creed II is already playable on Xbox One with the backwards compatibility program, but we don't know if this collection will be remastered at all or if it will just be the same as the Ezio Trilogy that was released on the PlayStation 3.  Nothing at this time has been confirmed by Ubisoft.

This will be the first year since 2009 that there will not be a new installment to the series released. With a new Assassins Creed game being absent from this years gaming calendar it would make sense that Ubisoft would try and fill that spot with a re-release on new consoles joining the movie release for the series this fall.

It was back in 2009 that players were first introduced to Ezio Auditore in Assassins Creed II. A year later in 2010 Assassins Creed Brotherhood with Revelations coming in 2011.

If any more news of this collection comes to light we will let you know.  If this Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection is real it would be expected to come out this year probably some time around November.
