Dragon Ball FighterZ Adult Gohan

The Dragon Ball FighterZ roster has grown to 26 characters with the addition of Adult Gohan as reported by GameSpot.

This latest addition to the Dragon Ball FighterZ cast of characters is the second version of Gohan to be added to the game after Teen Gohan. This being a Dragon Ball game, it's not all that unusual to see multiple different versions of the same character. Classic enemies such as Majin Buu, Cell, and Frieza are known for changing into different forms, and they're all among the characters in this anime fighting game from Bandai Namco Entertainment. A short character trailer was released showcasing some of the mystic warrior's moves and animated scenes:

Adult Gohan differs from his younger self in a few key ways. Japanese magazine V-Jump outlined the basics of the character. Calling on the power of the Old Kai, Adult Gohan has unlocked his potential and has significantly improved abilities. The power of his moves is dependent on how much of his Ki Gauge is consumed in his attacks. His Meteor Special attack is the Ultimate Kamehameha, a souped-up version of the classic ki attack known for blasting a huge wave of energy towards opponents (and taking several seconds to pronounce, much less charge up).

Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to release on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC (via Steam) on January 26, 2018, for $59.99 or your regional equivalent. The system requirements of the PC version have yet to be finalized. You can pre-order the game (or simply add it to your wishlist) by heading on over to its Steam store page.

What do you think of Adult Gohan joining the cast of Dragon Ball FighterZ? Are there any particular characters that you feel should be included in the game? How do you think DBFZ will compare to other Dragon Ball fighting games? Let us know in the comments below!
