The former military dictator of Panama Manuel Noriega has tried to sue Activision due to them using his likeness in 2012's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The lawsuit states that it was a "blatant misuse, unlawful exploitation and misappropriation for economic gain".General-ManuelNoriega

Manuel Noriega was the military dictator of Panama during 1983 - 1989. One of the missions which he features is called 'Suffer With Me'. In the Mission you track him to a compound where you capture him. Noriega also stated that the game depicted him as "the culprit of numerous fictional heinous crimes, creating the false impression that defendants are authorized to use plaintiff's image and likeness. This caused plaintiffs to receive profits they would not have otherwise received."

Manuel Noriega has stated that he wished to collect punitive damages for "lost profits." Noriega is now 80 years old and is still living in Panama.
