Love, Guitars and the Nashville Skyline is a visual novel from developer Cosmillica and Publisher Denpasoft. The adult games portal Nutaku is bringing this visually striking tale of self-discovery and country music to its online store (NSFW).
The story follows Amanda Etheridge, a closeted lesbian and 'average girl' working in an advertising agency in New York. When a contract she's working on falls through she's put on enforced leave and decides to branch out and expand her horizons on the advice of her boss. Her journey takes her to the country music capital of Nashville where she'll meet a kindred spirit with the voice of an angel, Juliet Sutherland. The 19-year-old country singer on a musical pilgrimage seems to be everything that Amanda is not. Her vibrant passion might just help to bring Amanda out of her shell.
The key features of the game are its vibrant art style, single-player story, uncensored adult scenes, and no DRM. A tale of love and self-exploration across backgrounds with a rich musical inspiration and characters, Love, Guitars and the Nashville Skyline is available for both Windows PC and Linux. The system requirements aren't much, here's a quick rundown of the Windows requirements:
OS: Win XP+ Processor: 1.2 GHz Pentium 4 Memory: 1 GB RAM Graphics: 800x600 DirectX: Version 9.0c Storage: 600 MB available space Sound Card: Direct X Compatible
Developer Cosmillica has previous experience with Visual Novels and Doujin, with several releases including Atom Grrrl!, Dahlia, and Les Filles Terrible, since their founding in 2010. We've collected some of the less risque screenshots, showing off some of the game's unique visual style, below. More information can be found on the (NSFW) Nutaku download page.
