Idea Factory and Compile Heart have announced the release dates for Superdimension Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls in North American and European regions. New characters and game mechanics will join the well established gameplay style of Neptunia RPGs in Superdimension Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls. Players will get to meet new characters inspired by Sega consoles as well as seeing characters from previous games. Joining Neptunia, IF, Plutia and Uzume are new heroines: Sega Hatsumi, Dream Cast, Sega Saturn, Game Gear and Mega Drive.

For the first time players will be able to climb, dash and crawl around environments instead of just running and hopping like a kangaroo. You can also change classes with a new class system and try out the new Fever Time system that will boost characters stats, enable HDD mode and reduce enemy turns when initiated. New English screenshots show changes to the interface with a circular gauge to keep track of Fever Time.

Collect rainbow gems to power up the Fever Gauge and initiate Fever Time for enhanced combat.

In this new RPG the purple haired heroine Neptune gets turned into a motorcycle letting her sidekick IF step into the spotlight and save the day. The adventure entails recovering pages from the history books of The Grand Library, which holds the history of the world. If anything happens to the books, history will be horrendously altered and so Iffy and the Sega Hard Girls must travel through time to restore the history books and set the world right.

Superdimension Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls will be compatible with the PlayStation TV. It is being released for the PS Vita on October 18th NA and October 21st EU with both physical and digital copies available. It is rated T for Teen.
