Chris Roberts’ space sim, Star Citizen, has left another funding goal in the dust and continues to truck along quite rapidly in its endeavor to raise money.

The crowdfunded campaign has reached the 33 million dollar mark, bypassing yet another goal. In fact, it's raising funds so fast that by the time my keystrokes commence, it may just have hit another objective, reducing this post to a piece of the past.

Roberts is crafting much allure, and those who are backing the PC game are helping to contribute to a transfixing experience. The game has pushed well above records by being the most funded project in crowdfunding history.

Star Citizen's feature list gets longer with each milestone that it meets, and there is not much doubt that the 34 and 35 million marks will provide gamers with the features they select in the voting process.

Roberts has stated, "Let’s make sure no one ever forgets that when publishers wouldn't spend a cent on AAA PC games, real gamers went above and way, way beyond to make Star Citizen happen”.

Supporters are expecting Chris Roberts to serve up an exemplary game that meets, if not exceeds, their expectations. With a release date set for late 2014, enthusiasts are left with anticipation and hope that Star Citizen will satisfy their wishes and feed their demands.
