Games With Gold Yo 2

Every month active Xbox Live Gold members get access to four games through the Games With Gold service, and the games for next month have just been revealed. As usual it contains two Xbox One games and two backwards compatible Xbox 360 games.

From September 1st to the 30th Xbox One uses will get Earthlock: Festival of Magic. A turn based RPG that made nearly $180,000 on Kickstarter, the game features a combat system that has you making pairs of characters to participate in combat while you try to save the world of Umbra. The game is just launching and while it will be on other systems, the only one its available as part of a membership bundle is with Games with Gold.

The second Xbox One game, which will be available from September 16th until October 15th, is Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China. The first entry into the Chronicles spin-off series, the game is a 2.5D stealth platformer that sees you taking the role of Chinese assassin Shao Jun as she attempts to recover a box stolen from Ezio Auditore.

For the Xbox 360 you'll be getting a couple of games as well. From September 1st until the 15th you'll get Forza Horizon. An open world driving game that sees the Forza series trying new thing, allowing players to participate in events and search for run down cars to restore. From September 16th until the 30th you'll get Mirror's Edge, a first person platformer about a woman named Faith who is trying to save her sister's life while uncovering a murder mystery.

While new games are becoming available, this also means that it's your last chance to grab last month's games. On August 31st Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate for the Xbox One and Beyond Good & Evil HD for the Xbox 360 will no longer be available, while WWE 2k16 will no longer be available on September 15th.
