These games work to highlight the features of the Joycon controllers accelerometers, and new HD rumble feature. The first of the two games is a set of mini-games where you can face off against your friends, each with a separate Joycon controller. Some of the mini-games that were shown off include a wild west shootout, a dancing game, and more. Instead of playing a video game where you're looking at a screen 1, 2, Switch has you facing off directly against your opponent. This means you're able to take your Nintendo Switch with you to parties or other events and begin playing anywhere. 1, 2, Switch will release on March 3rd with the release of the Nintendo Switch.

The second Joycon game that was announced was a boxing title where each player has boxing gloves attached to the end of slinkey arms. Using the accelerometer not only can players dodge out of the way but also angle the punches that they let fly to their opponents. Some characters where also shown to have spinning blades on their arms and even a mech suit. This title is called Arms, it is a fighting sports game that mixes punching as well as aiming and shooting your arms. You will have a JoyCon in each arms where the sensors will have your character mimic your movements. To move your character around you tilt the joycons and to jump you use the shoulder buttons. As you play you will be able to uncover higher level techniques and abilities. Two confirmed characters are Springman and Ribbongirl. After announcing the title gameplay was shown as the two characters faced one another. You can battle in this game against CPU players, in splitscreen with a second pair of joycons, or with a second Nintendo Switch. This game will release during the Spring of 2017.

What do you think of these Joycon enabled titles? Would you bring out 1, 2, Switch to your next party?
