GOG.com is hosting a sale this weekend, courtesy of Nordic Games and there are some classics among the 35 games! You can pick up all 35 games for €30.95 or your regional equivalent. Very impressive indeed, since those games would normally cost you €296.15, were you to buy them outside the sale.

Gothic II: Gold Edition
As a follow-up to a cult classic, Gothic II itself tuned into a cult classic in it's own right. Developer Piranha Bytes gained a loyal following from their Gothic series, and not without reason. Piranha Bytes had trouble following up the success of the first games of the series, and some might argue they've lost their way, but Gothic II still stands tall as one of their crowning achievements. It is worth noting that the original Gothic is oddly absent from the sale. You can pick up Gothic II: Gold Edition for €1.19 or your regional equivalent, with Gothic 3 also on sale for the same price
Painkiller: Black Edition
The original Painkiller was released to critical acclaim, and for €1.59 you can't really go wrong. With the Black Edition you also get the Battle out of Hell Expansion pack, which got a positive reception as well. Painkiller was developer by People Can Fly, now named Epic Games Poland, best known for Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment and.. Well.. Painkiller. At the time of release, Painkiller was praised for it's varied level and enemy designs, and it's fun gunplay. You can pick up Painkiller: Black Edition for €1.59 or your regional equivalent.
Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive
A tactical strategy game in the vein of the classic Commandos series, set in the Wild West. Sound good? How about hand-drawn levels and challenging gameplay? Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive was developed by Spellbound Entertainment, the studio behind Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood, and was received quite positively. If you liked the tactical strategy of titles like Commandos, you'll feel right at home with Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive. Desperados is available for €0.99 or your regional equivalent. You can also pick up its sequel in the sale, though it is not nearly as fondly remembered as the original.
