For all you fans, or awaiting to be fans, of Diablo 3, the auction house is closing tomorrow March 18, 2014 at approximately 3 AM PT. For those of you that log in regularly, the announcement has been on the main log-in screen for a few months. For those that have not, this is your friendly TechRaptor reminder.
Both the Auction House and the Real Money Auction House will be coming down in a policy shift initialized a few months back by Blizzard. Creatively, the team behind Diablo 3 has been revamped and that means the auction house is no more. If you have sales pending or completed it would be best to gather and complete them by midnight tomorrow as they will be gone afterward.
Like the game on consoles and the games of old (D1 D2), the only way to find items is to go out and kill things and to craft them yourself. Many Diablo fans are excited for these news changes, myself included, and to see the new expansion, Reaper of Souls out on March 25.
Amazon has your copy of Reaper of Souls, or you can just upgrade via battle.net if you already have an account. I look forward to seeing you all in-game and sharing in monster killing and loot plundering.
“For all that is Holy!!”
